As a token of appreciation for loyal players, bosjoko presents a five-tier VIP program packed with exclusive rewards — generous cashback, a personal account manager, dedicated gaming tables, and many more privileges you deserve.
Every tier unlocks greater privileges. The higher your tier, the more rewards await you.
Many online betting platforms offer loyalty programs, but not all are built with players' genuine interests in mind. bosjoko takes a different approach — our VIP program is designed not just to retain players, but to truly reward every ringgit our loyal members invest in this platform.
The bosjoko VIP tier system is based on your total cumulative wagering over time. Every Ringgit you wager — whether on slots, Live Casino, Sports or any other category — counts toward your VIP tier progression. The more active you are on bosjoko, the faster you climb the tiers and the more privileges you become entitled to.
One of the most valued VIP benefits among our members is the personal account manager service, available from Gold tier and above. Your account manager is not just an ordinary customer service representative — they are a dedicated individual who understands your playing habits and preferences in depth. They can help you secure the right bonuses, respond to your queries promptly, and ensure your experience at bosjoko is always smooth and enjoyable.
Weekly cashback is the most important component of the bosjoko VIP programme. Unlike standard promotional bonuses with complicated wagering requirements, VIP cashback is credited directly to your account balance every week with no burdensome wagering conditions. Diamond members can enjoy cashback of up to 15% of their total weekly net losses — meaning even in an unlucky week, bosjoko will automatically return a significant portion of those losses to you.
For Platinum and Diamond members, higher withdrawal limits and faster processing times are among the most practical benefits. No more long waits to have your winnings transferred to your bank account or e-wallet. Diamond members in particular can expect withdrawals processed in just 30 minutes — putting your winnings in your hands as quickly as possible.

The bosjoko VIP system operates on loyalty points earned from every wagering activity. For every RM10 wagered, loyalty points are calculated and credited automatically by the system — no manual action required. Once your accumulated points reach the next tier threshold, your account will be upgraded automatically within 24 hours.
Loyalty points accumulation rates may vary by game category. Video slots and fast-paced games typically earn points at a higher rate compared to sports betting, given the higher frequency of wagers in those categories. This makes slot games the fastest way to climb the VIP tiers at bosjoko, especially for players who enjoy intensive slot sessions.
It is important to note that the bosjoko VIP tier system also includes a fair tier retention mechanism. To maintain your tier, you must sustain a minimum wagering amount within every three-month period. This ensures the VIP program remains relevant and meaningful for players who are genuinely and consistently active on the platform.
Beyond cashback and betting limits, the bosjoko VIP programme offers a range of additional perks that make your gaming experience truly stand apart.
From Gold tier and above, you are assigned a personal account manager available to assist you 24/7 through an exclusive VIP line.
Bosjoko VIP cashback is credited every Monday based on the previous week's net losses. Credited directly to your account balance, ready to use right away.
VIP member withdrawal requests are processed ahead of regular users. Diamond members can expect withdrawals to be completed within 30 minutes.
Dedicated VIP Live Casino tables offering a more private atmosphere, higher betting limits, and dedicated dealers exclusively for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members.
Platinum and Diamond members are eligible to receive premium physical gifts, exclusive hampers, and special rewards for birthdays, festive occasions, and personal milestones.
Bosjoko's highest-tier VIP members receive invitations to international betting events, exclusive gatherings, and entertainment programs organised by bosjoko.
