These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bosjoko holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed international arbitration rules.
The official version of this document is in Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and apply.
